Who We Are
Our team is small, senior, and deliberately specialist. We do not subcontract delivery to junior pools or recycle a template from another industry. Every engagement is led by consultants who have run finance, logistics, sales, or dealer operations inside an automotive business.
The footprint is four regions: Australia, Europe, Asia, and North America. The same senior leads stay with the work end to end, regardless of where the rollout lands.

We start with the operating problem, not the Odoo module. From there we map the data, integration, and process boundaries, then shape a delivery path that can land value without creating avoidable platform risk.
The bias is toward clean platform design: keep Odoo stable, make extensions deliberate, and document the decisions well enough that the next team can support them.
